Day 1 : Kathmandu Arrival
  • Your Arrival Time: Our representative will meet and greet you at Kathmandu Airport and transfer to your hotel.

    At. 06:00 PM: A short briefing about your tour program by us at the hotel. If you are arriving late (after 4:00 PM) then we will have a briefing next morning at 09:00 AM.
Day 2 : Kathmandu Sightseeing
  • At. 10:00 AM: After your breakfast, you will visit for a full day sightseeing of Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Once you complete your sightseeing, we will drop you back to your hotel.

    Meals: Breakfast Included.

    Pashupatinath temple is the largest and holiest shrines for Hindus.This temple, situated on the bank of Bagmati river was built in the 5th century There are around 492 temples, 15 Shivalayas (shrines of Lord Shiva) and 12 Jyotirlinga (phallic shrines) to explore. No entrance fee is charged for SAARC nationals to enter the temple. Although only Hindus are allowed to enter the temple, visitors can clearly see the temple and the activities performed in the temple premises from the eastern bank of the Bagmati river.

     

    Boudhanath is one of the largest stupas in South Asia. It is the center hub of Buddhism in Nepal which is surrounded by hundreds of monasteries. Lichchavi rulers renovated the staple during the 8th century, which was made in the shape of a Mandala.

     

    Swayambhunath is one of the most glorious, holiest and oldest Stupa in the world. It is Located on a small hillock in west Kathmandu hence commands an excellent view of the valley. The stupa was built in 460 A.D. by King Manadeva, is also known by the name “Monkey Temple”.

     

    Kathmandu Durbar Square is one of the three Durbar Squares of Kathmandu Valley. The Malla king Pratap Malla erected the statue of Hanuman (the Hindu god of power) in this place and it was named Hanuman Dhoka.  Taleju Temple, Tribhuvan Museum, the house of Kumari (Living Goddess), Kasthamandap, the temple of Kal Bhairav along with few other temples are some places to explore.

Day 3 : Fly to Pokhara, Pokhara Sightseeing
  • At. 09:00 AM: After breakfast, proceed to Kathmandu airport and take your flight to Pokhara. We will pick you from Pokhara airport and transfer to your hotel in Lakeside. Complete your check-in and rest a while. 

    At. 01:30 PM: Visit to Pumdikot Shiva Statue and World Peace Pagoda. Later enjoy a leisurely time around the lakeside market. 

Day 4 : Sarangkot Sunrise, Pokhara Sightseeing
  • At. 04:30 AM: Early in the morning, visit Sarangkot, experience the panoramic view of the Himalayas and the beautiful sunrise from the hilltop. 

  • At. 10:00 AM: After having your breakfast at the hotel you will get a certain time for optional activities in Pokhara. If you are not interested in any activities then you will go for half day sightseeing to David’s fall, Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave, Seti George, Bindhyabasini Temple, Barahi Temple and Phewa Lake. Besides that, you can enjoy a boat ride at Phewa Lake in the evening or in the early morning.

  • Meals: Breakfast Included.

  • Sarangkot is a place from where a mind-blowing view of sunrise and sunset over the mountains can be seen. One of the famous Peace Pagoda is another attraction nearby Sarangkot, lying on the top of the opposite hill. Sarangkot is the viewpoint of Pokhara valley from where one can enjoy paragliding and zip flyers.

  • David’s falls is an amazing waterfall in Pokhara Valley which is nearly 500 feet long and runs 100 feet below ground level. It is also known as Patale Chhango which means underwater world. According to local old people, On 31th july 1961 a swiss couple Davi went swimming but the woman drowned in a pit. From that day the place is known as David’s falls.

  • Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, one of the longest caves of Nepal is nearly 3 km long. There are some walls dripping water inside the cave and about 40m in, we can see the statue of Lord Shiva. Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave is near David’s falls.

  • Bindhyabasini temple is situated on the hilltop and 3000m from sea level. This religious place of Hindus living in Pokhara region is devoted to goddess Durga. Goddess Durga which is also known as Kali Mata is the symbol of a bloodthirsty  goddess. Many people come here to worship and sacrifice animals.

  • Beautiful Lake Phewa is the second largest lake of Nepal. It covers an area of about 4.43 sq km with an average depth of about 8.6m, maximum water depth is 19m.  The reflection of Mount Annapurna can be seen on Phewa lake. Another attraction of this lake is Barahi Temple made in pagoda style, which is an island in the middle of Phewa lake.

Day 5 : Fly to Kathmandu, Chandragiri Hill, Drive to Nagarkot
  • At. 09:30 AM: After breakfast, drive to Pokhara airport to catch your flight to Kathmandu.

  • At. 11:00 PM: Upon reaching Kathmandu airport you will visit Chandragiri hill by cable car. Once the Chandragiri sightseeing is over, you will proceed to Nagarkot, which is about 40 KM east, and takes almost 1 and half hour drive. 

  • At. 05:30 PM: View sunset from your hotel, we hope you will enjoy a peaceful and cool stay in Nagarkot.

  • Chandragiri hills is  2551 meters above sea level, so equivalent to that we get a beautiful mountain view west to east including Mt. Annapurna Range, Mount Manasalu, Ganesh Himal, and Langtang Dorje Lakpa Gaurishankar mountain range.

Day 6 : Bhaktapur and Patan Sightseeing
  • At. 05:30 AM: Early morning view of the sunrise from your hotel.
  • At. 10:00 AM: After breakfast, visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. After completing the sightseeing, you will have some free time to do shopping around the Thamel area in the evening.
  • Bhaktapur Durbar Square which is also known as Bhadgaon has 4 major squares: Durbar Square, Taumadhi Square, Dattatreya Square and Pottery Square. Some of the major attractions are Lu Dhoka (The Golden Gate)” which is said to be the most beautiful and richly molded specimen of its kind in the entire world, The Palace of 55 windows and Dattatraye Temple along with some other small temples.

  • Patan Durbar Square is 5 km southeast of Kathmandu. Major temples are Krishna Temple, Taleju Temple and Bhimsen Temple. Some places to explore there are Patan Museum, Mahaboudha, Kumbeshwor, Keshave Naryan, Vishwanath and Chyasin Dewal and Sundari Chowk. Banglamukhi is one of the famous temples of Devi ( Goddess ) in Kathmandu. The temple of Baglamukhi is situated in Patan (Lalitpur). There are various other small temples inside the Baglamukhi temple premises. People visit this temple mainly on Thursdays as it is considered as the day of Bhagwati.

Day 7 : Transfer to Airport
  • At. 10:00 AM: After breakfast, we will transfer you to the Kathmandu airport on time to board outbound flight. (30 minutes from your hotel).
